Delivery & Return
For the delivery of your order, ART23 uses the services of bpost (Belgian Post).
ART23 is a small structure that has just started its activity (June 2020) and is not yet in a position to offer its customers attractive rates as large groups can. In the future, following the evolution of ART23, we will do our best to evaluate and negotiate the possibility of preferential rates with bpost to alleviate these costs.
For all orders in and to Belgium the delivery of your package will be done in STANDARD without Track & Trace:
Price bpack (0-2 kg) Delivery D+1 6.90 €
However, you can choose the bpack Secur option for all orders in Belgium and to Belgium with Track & Trace:
Price bpack SECUR (0-2 kg) Delivery D+1 8.10 €.
For all orders to Europe, the delivery of your package will be done in STANDARD without Track & Trace and without compensation:
Price bpack World STANDARD (0-5 kg) Delivery between 4 to 10 working days 16.40 €
By default, and without any notice from you, orders will be shipped at the bpack STANDARD rate for Belgium and bpack STANDARD World rate for Europe (without Track & Trace).
We are aware that 16.40 € of shipping costs represents a certain cost, that's why ART23 will only charge you 9.50 € and takes the remaining 6.90 € at its charge.
We can only hope that ART23 will prosper and be able to negotiate better rates soon.
ART23 offers you the delivery costs at the bpack STANDARD rate for Belgium (without Track & Trace), if your order reaches the minimum amount of: 85.00 € (within Belgium)
ART23 offers you the delivery costs at the bpack STANDARD World rate for Europe (without Track & Trace), if your order reaches the minimum amount of: 100,00 € (within Europe)

As soon as we receive payment for your order including delivery costs, your order will be sent in packaging prepared by us.
If your order shipped with bpack Secur or bpack World (with Track & Trace) is lost, please contact us as soon as possible by email at: email@example.com. Please also refer in the subject line of your email to the reference number of your order. This will enable us to make an enquiry with bpost.
You will find below the 2020 tariffs applied by bpost in order to be transparent with you on delivery costs. Bpost rates are only available in French or en Dutch.
In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he/she renounces his/her purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after the delivery of the product.
Within this period, the consumer must notify his intention to renounce by e-mail and return, at his expense and risk, the delivered product to the administrative headquarters of the seller.
The products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, still with their original labels. If the packaging is too damaged by transport, the customer can use his own packaging and make sure that it is strong and waterproof enough to return the package in its original condition.
The returned products must not have been used, washed or deteriorated in any way. Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.
The products will be returned at the customer's expense by a secure delivery method (bpost) or by registered mail for Europe.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:
You can cancel your order only if the products have not yet been shipped, that is, within one hour of the validation of your order basket. Please notify the cancellation of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reference of your order. Once this period has passed, your cancellation cannot be validated.
